The Company is licensed by the Royal Malaysian Custom to operate as a Shipping and Forwarding agent and licensed by the Ministry of Finance and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) to operate as a Service Provider for Land Transportation and Marine Agency services coupled with Base Management and Engineering Support Services. TOS is also licensed to supply Offshore Containers to DNV 2.7-1 standards.

Diving Spread Fabrication and Installation
TOS in September 2025 successfully completed fabrication and installation of a diving spread for a subsea campaign. Upon completion the Diving LARS will be available for rental. Please do contact us if you would be interested in renting a diving LARS. photos are in the media section

Successful Completion of New Build Tugboat
TOS are pleased to advise that we have completed the New Build of a Harbour Tug for an Australian mining company at a yard in Sibu, Sarawak. TOS were appointed the new build superintendents with Ashwin being the New Build Supt/PM and Lee, our engineer in Sibu supervising the day to day work. The vessel has since set sail for Australia!

MWS, P&I, H&M and Condition Surveys in Sabah, Sarawak and Kemaman with our own In House Surveyors. Our Surveyors are all Ex-Marine Professionals with Lloyds MWS Certification. We have currently carried out more than 75% of all surveys in Labuan and have now expanded to Sabah Sarawak and Kemaman. Our In House Surveyors are based in Miri, Kota Kinabalu and Kemaman.
